Time Line Therapy
Time Line Therapy (TLT) evolved from hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming in the 1980’s and is based around the concept that we store our memories in a linear format. As a therapy it is a very powerful process that focusses on removing painful or damaging emotions we have associated with memories of past events.
Long lasting transformation
As well as eliminating painful emotion attached to memories, I also use TLT techniques to reflect on what can be learnt from those events in a search for resources that can be used in the future. TLT can be one of the most effective therapies for effecting personal change and growth, helping to achieve long lasting transformation with minimum client discomfort.
What are painful emotions?
Time Line Therapy is one of the most effective methods for creating quick and lasting changes for individuals. I combine TLT with advanced Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and hypnosis techniques, to accelerate healing and improve personal development to levels rarely achieved by other therapeutic or self-improvement modalities.
The emotions I tackle are; anger, sadness, fear, hurt, and guilt, and they are purposefully processed in this order.
How can Time Line Therapy help me?
As an example, if someone has anger issues, Time Line Therapy can be used to release them not just from anger associated with a particular event, but from ALL anger from their past. Metaphorically, anger is released from it’s roots. This anger might be life limiting and be the root cause of life limiting believes such as “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t deserve that” – clearing the burden of such beliefs can pave the way to personal change and growth that were not previously possible.
