I am excited to announce a couple of special events I am proud to be involved with.
The first is ‘Crystal Blue Clarity’, a self-connection wellness retreat on Sunday, 24th September 2023. This is a 1 day event and it will be held at Cadmore End Village Hall in Hemel Hempstead. The day includes a grounding meditation, breathwork workshop, one to one taster sessions with me and 6 other practitioners, lunch, refreshments and a sound bath.
The second is a 7 day retreat between 9th October – 15th October 2023 in Umbria, Italy. This retreat is special and will take place in an old terracotta factory with beautiful views over the Italian countryside bordering Tuscany. We have organised transformative ground sessions of self discovery and self acceptance, including transformative coaching sessions, psychedelic breathwork, breathing yoga, connecting with nature and self, connecting with self through cooking and food.
